This week I cooked up some Green Chili Burros in my crockpot!!These are super simple and really yummy. All you need is:
Roast (I don't think it matters what type you get)
can of diced green chilis
can of Rotel
Black beans (if you like beans) I used some I had canned
salt & pepper
Dump everything on top of your roast in a crock pot. Using salt and pepper on your roast to boost the flavor. Let it cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8. About an hour before it's done, I like to start shredding it, and then let it finish cooking.When it's done you pile it up on your tortilla with some cheese, sour cream and salsa! Super simple and the hubs LOVED IT!
