If you are in need of a refreshing, cool treat, then this pie is for you! This is the perfect treat for us right now as we are sweltering away in the valley heat. The only problem with this pie is that if you don't eat it pretty quick, it will melt away. But I don't think eating it quick will be a problem! :)
This is another recipe that my mom used to make for us years ago. It is super easy and fast to whip together.

I like my pie really lemonadey (my made up word). If you don't like as much lemonade flavor, you can cut back on the frozen lemonade and only use 1 cup of even 3/4 cup of lemonade.
