Hey there friends!
Can you believe it? I'm back with Tasty Tuesday! Woo Hoo!
We are finally settled in to some sort of normalcy with our new addition. I'm adjusting to being a mom to 3 kids and the older 2 are adjusting to having a mom who is not as accessible as before baby sisters arrival.
I've had a couple recipes swimming around in my mind while I've been on "leave" and this is one that has been on my mind the longest.
I thought pregnancy cravings went away after delivery, but I must have nursing cravings. This is one thing that I've been craving lately.
I love pasta salad and usually stick to my normal tried and true
recipe, but I wanted to try something different with some unique flavor. I think I've found it in this Greek Pasta Salad.
The tanginess of the kalamata olives and the sweetness of the sun dried tomatoes are a perfect combination. Along side the crunchiness of the cucumber and onion and the creamy feta cheese, this salad was a pleaser.
Some of my pickiest critics even loved this pasta salad! (High Five!!)
If you love pasta salad and are looking for a fun twist on the usual,
give this Greek version a try, you won't be disappointed!

Happy Cooking!
