"Breakfast" Cookies

I'm back from vacation with a yummy recipe to share!

This recipe is for a unique cookie that is soft and chewy and just plain delicious!
My mom dubbed these "breakfast" cookies.
They are breakfast cookies because they have a bunch of ingredients that normally you eat for breakfast.
Like oatmeal, dried fruit and cereal.

These cookies have a great mix of flavor and texture.
The frosted flakes give them a little crunch and the craisins give them a sweet bite.
You could always use regular chocolate chips instead of white chocolate chips, but I think white chocolate chips go better with the craisins.

I made a batch of these cookies, put them in a couple of cute take out boxes (I bought from Pick Your Plum) tied them up with a cute tag and took them to a couple of ladies from church.

One of the gals said her kids LOVED them!  Always a plus.
And my kids (and I) loved these cookies too.

If you'd like to try these out for yourself,

As I type this, looking at the pictures, I'm think I might need to bake up another batch this week!

Happy Baking!
